Universal Soft Surface Protection is an aqueous coating for absorbent surfaces. An ‘absorbent surface’ includes but is not limited to: fabrics/ textiles (PES cotton, PA and mixtures), wood and stone. The coating generates a nano-scale film on the surface. The penetration of water, soot, coffee, cola, ketchup, red wine and other staining agents is reduced. In addition the penetration of cooking fat, fuel, water oil and dry soiling agents into the structure of the fibre is reduced and as a result many soiling agents can be easily removed. With this coating soiling is diminished and the surface can be cleaned easily with lower cleaning efforts. It has been designed to protect wood, stone, carpets, shoes, fabrics on chairs, sofas and cushions amongst other absorbent surfaces.
